Both Everton and Sunderland are actively monitoring Genoa right-back Brooke Norton-Cuffy as the upcoming Premier League season approaches. The 22-year-old defender has attracted significant interest from several clubs across both England and Italy following an impressive breakthrough campaign in Serie A after leaving Arsenal.

Currently, reports indicate that Genoa values the player at approximately 17 million pounds, or 20 million euros. Everton has renewed its interest in the defender as manager David Moyes seeks to bolster his right-back options. The club views Norton-Cuffy as a player capable of adding pace, athleticism, and attacking quality to their defensive line. Securing his signature would also provide tactical flexibility, potentially allowing Jacob O'Brien to transition back to his preferred central defensive role. While preliminary discussions have reportedly taken place with intermediaries, no formal bids have been submitted to date.

Beyond their interest in Norton-Cuffy, Everton is also reportedly tracking Arsenal’s Ben White, who is recovering from a late-season knee injury. Meanwhile, Sunderland remains engaged in scouting the market for defensive reinforcements and continues to monitor Norton-Cuffy's situation as part of their broader efforts to strengthen the squad during the current transfer window.
