Ranu Mehta-Radia, founder of Sai School of Harrow, has been awarded an MBE after spending thirty years running a free weekend school for children from migrant families. The Harrow-based school has helped thousands of young people stay connected to their culture while encouraging them to volunteer in care homes, prisons, charities and community projects across London.
