Starmer denies Birmingham is a “lost cause” as Labour launches campaign

Sir Keir Starmer has insisted Labour still has a positive case to make in Birmingham, despite deep problems at the city council. The comments came as the party launched its twenty twenty-six local election campaign in Wolverhampton.
